Blanc de Blancs 2012 Late Disgorged

The extended lees ageing of this wine brings with it a complexity and creamy mouthfeel, showing toasted brazil nut, freshly baked croissant and pastry along with bright citrus fruits, lemon sherbet, stone fruits and a striking mineral note.

Still Rosé 2021

Just as the weather starts to feel a little warmer and the days get longer, we are delighted to release our new vintage Rosé 2021. This delicately pale still rosé is a single-vineyard wine, made exclusively from grapes harvested from our Cherry Garden vineyard in Kent.

Brut Reserve 2013 Late Disgorged

What makes Late Disgorged so special is the extra time on lees. It develops additional layers of tertiary flavours, weightier tones of toasty, nutty notes. These develop further still as the wine lies on cork, often for around a year, before release.
