Brut Reserve

Price: £55

The 2016 vintage was year where our fruit showed that perfect intersection of balanced acidity and intense flavour. Warm weather arrived in August and continued through September and into October – this meant the grapes had time to develop an especially flavourful profile.

This cuveé has developed beautifully over time, with cellar age adding savoury complexity and delicious toasty flavours.
On the palate this is fruit-driven, with red apples, poached pears and bright red berry fruit. Over time, it has developed toasty notes of freshly baked bread, roasted nuts and apple pie. The finish is long, elegant and rounded.

Twenty Fifteen

Rosé

Price: £65

Retasted by Laura Rhys MS, February 2025: Pale bronzed pink in the glass, with fine bubbles. The nose is delicate, with red fruits, orange peel and dried rose. The palate is still driven by pretty, red fruits, with raspberry, cherry and wild strawberry notes alongside baked ginger, toasted nuts and orange oil. The wine is elegant, yet still structured, with a long finish.

Gusbourne Members’ Edition 2019 Founders'

Member price: £85

Created exclusively for our Founder members, this special cuvée brings together 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir. Extended ageing on the lees and in our cellars has given the 2019 vintage depth and complexity, while its freshness and structure promise further development in the years ahead.

Fresh, elegant and beautifully complex, with inviting aromas of citrus, yellow apple and ripe stone fruit. The palate combines crisp green apple, lemon curd and nectarine with a delicate salty minerality and a touch of vanilla spice. Extended lees ageing has developed richer notes of toasted hazelnut and freshly baked pastry, leading to a long, refined finish. A beautifully balanced wine to enjoy now or cellar for further development.

Perfect with lemon butter halibut, simply dressed crab or garlic mushrooms on toast.

Gusbourne Members’ Edition 2019 Collectors

Member price: £85

Created exclusively for our Collector members, this special cuvée brings together 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir. Extended ageing on the lees and in our cellars has given the 2019 vintage depth and complexity, while its freshness and structure promise further development in the years ahead.

The nose shows delicate citrus, yellow apple and stone fruit notes. The palate is full of fresh green apple, lemon curd and nectarine, alongside a beautiful salty mineral note and soft vanilla spice. It also shows more evolution from extended lees ageing, with toasted hazelnuts and freshly baked pastry. The wine is elegant and complex, with a long, lingering finish. It's delicious now, but will continue to develop over time.

This would be perfect with halibut and a lemon butter sauce, a simple dressed crab or garlic mushrooms on toast.

Created exclusively for our Explored members, this special cuvée brings together 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir. Extended ageing on the lees and in our cellars has given the 2019 vintage depth and complexity, while its freshness and structure promise further development in the years ahead.

A beautifully poised wine, combining bright citrus and orchard fruit with the richness and complexity of extended lees ageing. Delicate aromas of Golden Delicious apple lead to a generous palate of green apple, lemon curd and nectarine. A subtle vanilla spice and salty mineral character bring precision and balance, while notes of almond praline and delicate biscuit add depth. The finish is long, elegant and beautifully layered. Drinking wonderfully now, with further complexity to come through careful cellaring.

Enjoy alongside halibut with lemon butter, fresh dressed crab or garlic mushrooms on toast.
