We’re pleased to offer complimentary delivery to all UK mainland addresses with no minimum order value.
Dispatch of wine orders
Gusbourne orders for UK mainland delivery are usually sent out the next working day; you should receive your order two working days after dispatch. We use third-party couriers to dispatch our wines.
Dispatch of Gift Cards
Gift cards for vineyard tours, tastings and special events are sent out by Royal Mail first class throughout the UK.
Digital Gift Cards will be emailed to the recipient shortly after your order is completed. If no recipient email is specified, the digital Gift Card will be sent to the billing email address you provide at checkout.
Missed deliveries
If the courier cannot deliver your order, a card will be left to rearrange the date of delivery. For any questions related to the delivery of your order, please contact us.
Special Instructions
To provide specific delivery instructions such as leaving your wine in a safe place, please use the ‘special instructions’ box on the checkout page. If you would like us to include a printed personal message with your order, please add your message in the ‘gift message’ section.
