Wherever you are in the mainland United Kingdom, we offer complimentary delivery with no minimum order on all Gusbourne wines.
At the moment, we are experiencing some delays and difficulties with orders being shipped to mainland Europe. If you would like to order our wines to be shipped to Europe, please email email@example.com in advance of placing your order to see if any of our distributors would be better placed to help so that you do not experience these delays in receiving your order.
Orders are usually sent out the next working day after they are placed and deliveries are usually made up to two working days after your order has been dispatched using a third-party courier. At the moment, some deliveries are taking longer than usual to reach their destination due to courier networks being exceptionally busy. Our couriers are doing everything they can to sort through orders as quickly and efficiently as possible and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Make sure you place your order in the UK before 17th December so your special package has the greatest chance of arriving before Christmas Day. Orders placed after the 17th December may not arrive in time for Christmas.
No Contact Delivery
A ‘No Contact Delivery Practice’ practice is in place for all orders. The safety and welfare of all staff involved in the network, and you our customers, remains the priority. These measures affect all aspects of order processing, from packaging and dispatch at the winery to final delivery to your front door.
If the courier cannot deliver your order, a card will be left to rearrange the date of delivery. For any questions related to the delivery of your order, please contact us.
To provide specific delivery instructions such as leaving your wine in a safe place, please use the ‘special instructions’ box on the checkout page. If you would like us to include a handwritten gift card with your order, please add your message in the ‘gift message’ section.
Deliveries outside the UK Mainland
For deliveries outside the UK mainland, you can request a shipping quote through the website, which will be calculated based on the destination and weight of the shipment. There is no obligation to accept this quote - you will have the option to review it before proceeding to the checkout and finalising your purchase.
We operate in many international regions and for some orders outside of the UK, it may be quicker and easier to make your purchase through one of our distributors. If you would like to find out if we have a distributor in your country, please contact us.
Gift cards for vineyard tours, tastings and special events are sent out by Royal Mail first class throughout the UK.
