We’re delighted to announce the premiere of our 2026 Chef Series – and Gusbourne’s first-ever international collaboration – with Norway’s renowned Håkon Solbakk, Executive Head Chef of Britannia Hotel’s Michelin-starred Speilsalen. Join us on Saturday 7th March in our Cellar Door, The Nest, for lunch or dinner as Chef Solbakk and his team present a stunning four-course menu blending Norwegian and British traditions, flavours and craftsmanship. Join us on 21st March for our 10 Years On masterclass, as we uncover the rare and refined world of bottle-matured English sparkling wine. We’ll open our cellars to explore how time transforms Gusbourne’s sparkling wines, focusing on bottles that have spent a decade ageing in optimal conditions. Through a guided tasting of hand-selected wines from the 2016 vintage, you’ll discover how flavour, texture and complexity evolve with extended bottle age. The masterclass will be followed by a three-course menu, offering a further opportunity to enjoy these mature wines alongside a delicious seasonal lunch.
