IN DETAIL - Restaurant Story, led by renowned chef Tom Sellers, is a two-Michelin-starred restaurant on Tooley Street near London Bridge. Since opening in April 2013, it quickly made its mark on the culinary map - earning its first star within just five months, and its second in 2021.
We’re delighted to be joined by Head Chef Danny Khoury, whose journey with Restaurant Story began in 2016. Starting as a Demi Chef, Danny has worked his way up through the ranks, bringing dedication, skill, and passion to the kitchen. He is deeply committed to sourcing the finest ingredients and sharing the stories of the people behind them with every guest he serves.
“We’re thrilled to be collaborating with Gusbourne once more to plan another exceptional day of food and wine. Their wines pair so effortlessly with food, opening up endless flavour possibilities. We’ll be using local, seasonal ingredients to craft a menu that truly complements the wines.”
For this experience at Gusbourne, you’ll enjoy specially created canapés to set the tone. We’ll then sit down to a spectacular four-course feast, partnered by gems from the Gusbourne cellars.
Join us for a memorable evening of outstanding food, wine, and seasonal flair as we bring the series to a close.
AT A GLANCE - Begin your evening at Gusbourne with a chilled aperitif on arrival, followed by a seasonal four-course feast, each dish paired with hand-selected wines from our cellar.
Timings: 6.30pm to 9.30pm
Please note: Due to the nature of this unique dining experience, we are only able to offer a vegetarian alternative to the set menu. If you require this option or have any questions about the menu, please get in touch in advance.
