Taking place this autumn and winter in the intimate setting of The Nest, these one-off dining experiences showcase exceptional seasonal cooking alongside rare and limited-edition Gusbourne wines.

Saturday 18th October — Tom Shepherd, Upstairs
We open the series with a welcome return from Tom Shepherd and the team at Upstairs in Lichfield. Known for his elegant, modern British cuisine, Tom will serve a four-course menu celebrating the very best of the season’s produce, all paired with a curated selection of Gusbourne wines.

Saturday 15th November — Adam Smith, Woven
Next, we are pleased to introduce the team from Woven by Adam Smith, a jewel in the Dorchester Collection and one of the most talked-about restaurants of the year. Expect technical precision and bold flavours as Adam Smith and his team create a menu that complements some of our rarest cuvées.

Saturday 6th December — Tom Sellers, Restaurant Story
To close the series, we’re delighted to host Restaurant Story, led by Tom Sellers. With two Michelin stars and a menu deeply rooted in narrative and seasonality, the team will craft a festive-inspired menu, paired with wines that bring this celebratory experience to life.
