Winemakers' Edition Pinot Noir Blanc Lower Mill Hill Vineyard Twenty Twenty Five
Our winemaking team is always looking for new ways to explore the character of Gusbourne fruit. For this limited-edition bottling, Assistant Winemaker Joe Tarca has created “The Joey” a still white wine from Pinot Noir grown in Lower Mill Hill. Whole-bunch pressed, barrel fermented and aged on its lees, the wine is beautifully textural, with lifted red fruit, mandarin and Pink Lady apple, a fresh acid drive and a generous, gently rounded palate.
