This is a wine of both decadence and decorum: generous and flavourful, yet exquisitely balanced. After a decade of careful cellar ageing, Rosé 2016 has developed beautifully layered flavours of red fruit, red apple and stone fruit, with notes of soft spice, ginger and delicate florals adding depth and complexity.
