Made in only good or great vintages. Characteristically Chablis-esque, with freshness, minerality and acidity balanced by stone fruits, butter and citrus. Its structure and acidity mean it can age gracefully too.

TASTING NOTES
This Library Release wine has been gently maturing in our cellars. Pale golden in colour, this is a lovely Chardonnay with aromas of honeyed citrus, ripe pear and stone fruit. The palate is rounded and soft, with ripe citrus and stone fruits alongside vanilla spice, toasted cobnuts and a clear streak of mineral freshness on the finish.
ABOUT THE 2014 VINTAGE
An early April bud burst was followed by good weather through until the end of June resulting in a successful flowering. Early August saw approximately 50% of the fruit dropped on the Pinot Noir clones to increase berry concentration. Our efforts were not wasted as good weather meant harvest was completed by 7th October resulting in very clean fruit of optimum ripeness.
