Ynyshir x Gusbourne Lunch

We are thrilled to welcome two Michelin-star Ynyshir to Gusbourne for the first in our summer Chef Series.
Chef Patron Gareth Ward and his team will deliver an immersive dining experience like no other. The seven-course tasting menu, which takes inspiration from the sea, will be paired perfectly with some of the finest still and sparkling wines in our cellar.
The experience will begin at 11.30am with a sparkling wine reception; you'll then be seated for lunch in one of our beautiful tasting rooms overlooking the vineyards.
Please note that due to the unique dining experience, the Ynyshir team is unable to cater for any dietary requirements and are unable to offer substitutions for any of the dishes.
We expect lunch to finish at 3.30pm and recommend taxi arrangements are made in advance. You are more than welcome to enjoy more wine after your meal in our outdoor seating area.
