Over the years, alongside our range of sparkling and still vintage wines, Chief Winemaker Charlie Holland has applied everything he's come to know about Gusbourne, from ground to grape to glass, into creating a range of extremely limited-edition wines. Rare bottles in small volumes that epitomise our understanding of our terroir, the expression of our exceptional fruit and the guiding spirit of our founder.
A Tasting Experience Like No Other
For the first time, we’re offering fellow wine-lovers the opportunity to taste wines from this extra-special portfolio, available exclusively through the Gusbourne Icons Experience – an immersive tasting and dining event hosted by one of our knowledgeable Gusbourne Ambassadors who will lead guests through a tutored masterclass, inviting you to explore the story of each wine from soil to sun, vine to grape, tank to barrel to bottle.
Why did certain years yield the opportunity to innovate? What moment led to a particular wine in a particular tank or barrel compelling Charlie and his team to try something different? The circumstances, the science, the skill, the risks, the spirit of experimentation that came together to tell the story of the ultimate expression of time and place. A story that comes to life as you experience these wines in our beautiful private tasting rooms overlooking the vineyards where it all started.
Beyond our own fields, the Kentish produce that grows around us is also part of that story. To complement a specially created lunch menu, our Ambassador will select one of our limited-edition wines to pair with each of four courses prepared on site by Head Chef Anthony Coppard. Seasonal dishes made from the finest local ingredients – a natural match for a holistic tasting and dining event.
We’re immensely proud of – and excited to share – these wines, which epitomise the passion, skill and unswerving commitment to quality and innovation that the team has been practising here at Gusbourne since day one. We’ll be pouring our most rare, limited-edition bottles, including older vintages, still wines and our very special new prestige cuvée. A truly unmissable experience for wine lovers.

CHEF SERIES: The Hand & Flowers x Gusbourne
Following the huge success of last year's collaboration, we are delighted to invite back to our estate Tom Kerridge's two Michelin star pub, The Hand and Flowers. Join us for a Gusbourne aperitif and a short stroll into the vines, followed by a three-course dinner cooked by Hand and Flowers Executive Chef Kieran Reilly. Lunch and dinner will be paired with our award-winning wines, including sparkling and limited-edition selections.
A Midsummer Night's Dream Experience
We'll be welcoming theatre group, Revels in Hand to the estate for a special performance of 'A Midsummer Night’s Dream', the most loved of all Shakespeare's plays. The performance will take place amongst the vines and will be followed by a two-course meal paired with our award-winning wines.
Harvest Estate Tours
Harvest is one of the most exciting times to visit. On a Harvest Discovery or Estate Tour, we seek out opportunities for you to step behind the scenes and see what happens at Gusbourne during the grape harvest, from tasting grapes right from the vine to juice fresh from the presses.
