Last spring, we released a still Rosé for the first time, Cherry Garden Rosé 2018. Winner of the Gold Trophy for the Best Still Rosé at the Wine GB Awards, we quickly sold out at The Nest. Following the success of this first vintage, and with excellent quality fruit from harvest, we produced a 2019 vintage too.
Cherry Garden Rosé 2019 is the ideal drink to enjoy at home this spring and summer. A 100% Pinot Noir single-vineyard bottling, this wine uses fruit solely from our Cherry Garden vineyard in Kent.
Attractively light and pale, the nose is dominated by wild strawberry and stone fruit, complemented by subtle hints of floral violets and wildflowers. Crafted from specially selected parcels of Pinot Noir, the grapes were hand-picked, gently destemmed and slowly fermented to create a delicate floral Rosé with indulgent texture and poise.
Whilst The Nest was closed to visitors during lockdown, we brought our cellar door to you with a limited online release of this wine. With stocks now running low, we have returned Cherry Garden Rosé 2019 to The Nest, where it is currently available to purchase.
