We are thrilled to welcome two Michelin-star Ynyshir to Gusbourne for the first in our summer Chef Series.
Chef Patron Gareth Ward and his team will deliver an immersive dining experience like no other. The seven-course tasting menu, which takes inspiration from the sea, will be paired perfectly with some of the finest still and sparkling wines in our cellar.
There are two sittings available, so choose between lunch or dinner and enjoy a sparkling wine reception; before being seated in one of our beautiful tasting rooms overlooking the vineyards.
Ynyshir is Wales's only two Michelin-star restaurant. It's situated in a stunning rural, coastal location just south of Snowdonia National Park. Chef Patron Gareth Ward is renowned for his uncompromising tasting menu, which focuses on world-class meat and fish delivered in a multi-course experience.
