Rosé Twenty Thirteen
This very limited release, exclusively available to Gusbourne members, is something special. Crafted from 100% Pinot Noir, it’s our only single varietal rosé – cellar-aged, yet still alive with energy and fresh acidity.
It’s a perfect case-study for a characteristic which, increasingly, critics are noting in English wine: that they can retain fruit-driven flavours as they age, while also developing tertiary complexity.
Mary Brides, Head Winemaker, retasted this cuvée in February 2026. She notes: “This is vibrant, with hedgerow fruit flavours, some lovely citrus and more intense red and black fruits. There are biscuity, shortbread notes, but it still has a firm youthfulness. There’s a hint of florals, subtle spice and herbs. The acidity here lends a refreshing, juicy quality."
