TASTING NOTE
Pale, precise and beautifully expressive, this is our English take on the Provence style – crafted from estate-grown fruit and made only in the finest vintages. With its fresh, berry-driven flavours, this is bright, juicy and effortlessly drinkable. It’s the perfect wine for aperitif moments or to serve alongside seafood and salads.

FOOD PAIRING
This wine is ideal as an aperitif but equally delicious with food. Try it with fresh fish and shellfish such as moules with crusty bread, barbequed prawns and dressed crab, or a panzanella salad or even a vibrant salad of watermelon, tomato and mint.
VINTAGE REPORT
The 2025 season began with promise and continued with a beautiful summer. The weather turned autumnal just as 1 September rolled around. This onrush of cooler weather slowed the last phase of ripening, giving the team a little more time for the pick. We were super selective with our still wine fruit. The Pinot Noir came from Lower Mill Hill and Heartbreak. The finished wine has really captured the character of this Kentish Pinot Noir. It offers a real taste of the vibrancy and the nice precise fruit character of the vintage.
