TASTING NOTE
Made for the moment, this is a wine crafted to be enjoyed year-round. Pale pink in the glass and bursting with soft red fruits, peach and nectarine on the nose. The palate is fresh and fruit-driven, with lots of bright red berries, tropical notes and zesty citrus, alongside delicate floral notes and a striking minerality on the finish. The wine is vibrant, yet elegant.
FOOD PAIRING
This wine is ideal as an aperitif but equally delicious with food. Try it with fresh fish and shellfish such as moules with crusty bread, barbequed prawns and dressed crab, or a panzanella salad or even a vibrant salad of watermelon, tomato and mint.
VINTAGE REPORT
The overarching story of 2024 was a wet and challenging vintage – but painstaking work in the vineyard was rewarded with a small yet mighty harvest. At harvest, we were rigorous in our quality control – bringing in micro-parcels of fruit at peak ripeness and in a beautiful condition.
