Both our Brut Reserve 2013 and Blanc de Blancs 2013 have had long lees-ageing, resulting in wines of extraordinary intensity and poise. The Blanc de Blancs is rich with orchard and citrus fruits, and a distinctive saline minerality. It has a creamy texture and more developed notes of pastry, lemon tart and toasted nuts.
Meanwhile the Brut Reserve with a textured palate and flavours of white peach, apple and pear, toasted nuts, buttered toast and delicate spice leading to a long, intense finish.
