Winteringham Fields is a true destination restaurant, serving up a dining experience like no other. You’ll be in the heart of the culinary action for this Gusbourne dinner as you experience a six-course Michelin-star menu prepared by Chef Gareth. The sensational food will be accompanied by Gusbourne wines, introduced by Laura Rhys Master Sommelier. The line-up will include the new release of Fifty One Degrees North 2016. In the heart of the Staffordshire moorlands, you’ll find this fine-dining gem. The atmosphere is laid-back and relaxed – but chef-patron Thom’s food is anything but. With top-notch, locally-sourced ingredients taking centre stage, the tasting menu here is a true culinary experience. The Flintlock’s Gusbourne dinner brings together Thom’s creativity with some exceptional wines: expect pairings such as fresh hake with charcoal butter sauce and samphire alongside Winemakers edition Wild ferment Chardonnay 2021, and Creedy Carver duck with celeriac and Gusbourne Blanc de Noir.

On the 7th of November, our very own Laura Rhys will be hosting an intimate wine dinner at Whitcomb’s, guiding diners through a curated three-course experience that begins with canapés and a glass of Gusbourne Brut Reserve.
