How we source our produce
Wherever possible, we source ingredients from within 20 miles of our estate, supporting local farmers, growers and artisans while showcasing the very best of Kent and Sussex. You can read more about our approach in our article From Field to Fork.
Your casual dining experience will be served in our garden in the warmer months. In the winter, you can enjoy your platter in the comfort of The Nest tasting room. Should you wish to enjoy the vineyards on your visit, you can take a self-guided stroll around the estate.
