All Gusbourne shareholders are invited to join our Patrons programme, which is designed to keep shareholders connected to the business.

We host several events each year, which provide shareholders with an opportunity to enjoy Gusbourne hospitality and meet with members of the Board.

The next events scheduled include our Patron’s Harvest Celebration in Kent on the 9th October and Patron’s Harvest Celebration at Glaziers Hall in London on 1st November. In addition, we offer our Patrons preferential pricing on a range of our market-leading and award-winning Gusbourne wines.

Interim Results for the Period Ended 30 June 2025

We recently sent a short statement that details the highlights of our interim results for the period ended 30 June 2025 to registered shareholders via email.

Following the delisting from AIM, the Gusbourne Board has decided to stop producing paper copies of the Annual Report, so in future, the Annual Report will be published and available electronically on the Company website: www.gusbourne.com/investors.

Going forward, the business plans to send emails, rather than letters, to all shareholders who wish to be kept informed about latest news, interim results and shareholder events organised through the patrons programme. All shareholders are encouraged to share their email address with Gusbourne via our investor email address: investorrelations@gusbourne.com.
