Athenaeum Valentine's Day 
14th February 
Taking its name from its premium address on London's Piccadilly, 166 is the contemporary British restaurant from The Athenaeum. This lavish, characterful hotel is set in one of London's most glorious locations on the edge of Green Park. This Valentine's Day, executive chef Kevin Fawkes has worked with Gusbourne's Steve Kirkham to create an indulgent menu paired with a superb selection of Gusbourne wines. Start by watching the sunset, from 5pm, in The View member’s lounge with an appetite-sharpening cocktail and canapes, before heading to the restaurant to enjoy a candlelit three-course dinner. Expect an impressive line-up of elegant dishes, starring seasonal British produce, perfectly partnered with Gusbourne wines. Steve will be on hand to answer any questions and guide you through the wines if you wish.

Rye Bay Scallop Week at The George
22nd February to 2nd March
It's no secret that shellfish and Gusbourne Blanc de Blancs are a match made in heaven - which is why we can't wait to get stuck into Rye Bay Scallop Week at gorgeous boutique hotel, The George. A landmark in Rye, one of the UK's most picturesque towns, The George is well worth a visit at any time of year - but we especially love it for this seasonal celebration of one of our finest local products. There are four different scallop dishes to choose from: we think the Cataplana (with pork and clam) or the Roasted Scallop with herb and miso butter are spectacular with a glass of Blanc de Blancs 2019 alongside.

Martin Wishart x Gusbourne, Leith
We are thrilled to be making our Edinburgh "wine dinner" debut in the incredible setting of Martin Wishart's Leith restaurant. This promises to be a stand-out evening, with canapes followed by a four-course menu and five wines. Our own Laura Rhys, Master Sommelier, will be on hand to guide you through the Gusbourne bottlings, while the menu will be prepared by the three-time Scottish Chef of the Year himself.
