Cellar Hand (full-time, permanent)
Reporting to the Assistant Winemaker, the Cellar Hand plays a key role in supporting all aspects of the winemaking process. This hands-on role spans across the cellar and secondary production operations, ensuring daily activities meet exceptional quality standards while maintaining strict Health & Safety protocols. This role is ideal for someone with a positive attitude, strong organisational skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for learning and growing within the wine industry.

South-West and Central Sales Manager (full-time, permanent) 
The primary role of the Regional Sales Manager will be to manage and grow sales across a portfolio of existing customers (which includes 5* hotels and M* restaurants) whilst identifying and winning business at appropriate businesses across the Southwest and Midlands On and Independent Off Trade. The role comes with full P&L responsibility.

Cellar Door Host (summer seasonal)
You will be the initial face of Gusbourne for customers with different levels of wine knowledge, so you’ll have the confidence, people skills, and wine knowledge to be an engaging, friendly host. Based at the Nest in Appledore, you will welcome visitors, give a background to the business and the English wine industry and host tutored tastings of a range of wines.
