Some of our most prestigious wines are those that have developed on their lees inside the bottle over an extended period of time. Spending up to and in excess of around 8 years before disgorgement, these wines are incredibly rare and through this slow and gentle process, acquire a uniquely rich and complex range of flavours. We meticulously taste each wine through this development to ensure that it is released at the perfect moment.

In celebration of this, we invite you to join Winemaker Alastair Benham for a special winery tasting and four-course dining experience at The Nest. Throughout the day you will enjoy a selection of wines, each with different qualities from extended lees aging. This will include the exclusive addition of our new-release Brut Reserve 2015 Late Disgorged. These fantastic wines will be tasted amongst tank and barrel within our winery, and set within a carefully paired tasting menu showcasing some of the finest of local ingredients.

Guests will be welcomed at 12pm with a reception drink in the Nest before commencing the winery tasting experience, being seated afterwards for our lunch in our tasting rooms. We expect the day to be concluded by 4pm and recommend that taxi arrangements are made in advance. Additional wines will be available by the bottle or glass after your experience if you wish to enjoy the space a little longer. Our estate will close at 5pm.
