Guests at the V&A's Summer Soirée this July enjoyed a sparkling evening featuring Gusbourne Blanc de Blancs 2013.
The event welcomed some three hundred guests to a special sneak preview of the museum's new exhibition, 'Frida Kahlo: Making Her Self Up', which showcases an extraordinary collection of personal artefacts and clothing belonging to the iconic Mexican artist Frida Kahlo. Locked away for 50 years after her death, the collection has never before been exhibited outside Mexico.
The V&A is the world’s leading museum of art and design, housing a permanent collection of over 2.3 million objects that span over 5,000 years of human creativity. Based in Kensington, in London, the Museum holds many of the UK's national collections and houses some of the greatest resources for the study of architecture, furniture, fashion, textiles, photography, sculpture, painting, jewellery, glass, ceramics, book arts, Asian art and design, theatre and performance. Gusbourne were honoured to support the V&A in their important work.
