Michelin-starred restaurant with rooms Ynyshir is set in a spellbinding rural setting, on the coast of mid-Wales, near the Snowdonia National Park.
Chef Gareth Ward has put together an outstanding and intricate menu featuring seasonal produce and locally sourced ingredients. The philosophy of the restaurant is to serve set menus, providing a dining experience designed to last the whole evening, featuring up to 19 small courses.
With over 60 wines available by the glass, sommelier Amelia Eriksson has also curated an impressive wine list, giving guests the opportunity to try a broad range of styles.
We are excited that Gareth and Amelia have chosen both Gusbourne Brut Reserve 2013 and Gusbourne Rosé 2014 to serve by the glass this season.
