We're excited to announce our first collaboration with Michelin-star pub, The Sportsman. This Kent-based gem is famous for championing seasonal ingredients sourced from the fields, seas and shores that surround them. 

For this special event at Gusbourne, The Sportsman's Head Chef Russel Baker will prepare a bespoke four-course menu.

You will be greeted with a Gusbourne aperitif before being seated in our beautiful tasting rooms. Your dinner will be paired with Gusbourne's award-winning wines, including sparkling and limited-edition selections. 

Please note, due to the nature of this unique dining experience, The Sportsman team are unable to cater for dietary requirements. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the menu.

Lunch service: Join us from 11.30am - 3.30pm

Dinner service: Join us from 6.00pm - 9.30pm

Located on the north Kent coast, The Sportsman has been championing the finest local produce since Chef Patron Stephen Harris took ownership in 1999. Everything is sourced seasonally, from oysters and fish to meat, vegetables and game from the surrounding marshlands and woods. The Sportsman has held a Michelin star since 2008.
