Michelin-starred restaurant Carters of Moseley is the darling of Birmingham's restaurant scene, serving Gusbourne wines alongside an excitingly modern food and drink philosophy. Run by Chef Brad Carter and his partner Holly Jackson, the restaurant calls itself "a true expression of British terroir", majoring on sustainability, provenance of ingredients and seasonality. Inspired by the artisans of British food production, they champion multi-course tasting menus that follow the natural rhythm of the seasons, in an unfussy, informal atmosphere.

The pair want their dining experience to be fully immersive, so the drinks menu follows in the footsteps of the food philosophy, and even the crockery is hand-crafted by small, artisan producers. Alongside the tasting menus, there are some truly innovative wine pairings to enjoy, designed to help guests experience the delight of new flavour combinations.

Brad and Holly feel that Gusbourne is a natural fit with their approach; we only make vintage wines that are an enduring reflection of both place and time. We minimise human intervention in the winemaking process and work with natural biodiversity in our vineyards, helping to ensure sustainability in the long term. We're delighted to be working with such a dynamic and exciting duo as they go from strength to strength.
