We are proud to be collaborating this spring with Trinity Restaurant by offering you a truly memorable gastronomic experience at Gusbourne. Join us on Friday 20th May, when Adam Byatt’s Michelin-starred restaurant will bring to you a delicious four-course tasting menu, paired with an award-winning selection of Gusbourne sparkling and limited edition wines. Lunch will be served across our two stunning dining spaces overlooking the vineyards.

Your experience will start at 12pm with a Gusbourne aperitif and a short stroll into the vines before being seated for your lunch, prepared for you by Chef Patron Adam Byatt.

We will cater for any dietary requirements detailed at booking. We expect to finish at 3.30pm and recommend taxi arrangements are made in advance.

This event takes places on Friday, 20th May 2022 and is priced at £115 per person.
