Restaurant Story, Tom Sellers' two Michelin star flagship restaurant in central London, comes to Gusbourne on Friday 15th October 2021. Restaurant Story serves a tasting menu of delicate, masterful dishes inspired and led by the British seasons and the very best produce available. Each course tells a story: it could be inspired by a moment in Tom’s life or the provenance of an ingredient, and they have come up with a bespoke menu for this exclusive event.

We are delighted to bring the Restaurant Story experience to Gusbourne for these very special, one-off events. Join us at 12pm for lunch or 6.30pm for dinner.

On your arrival, you will enjoy an aperitif and a short stroll into the vines, followed by a multi-course meal cooked by Group Head Chef, Gary Cutcliffe. The courses will be paired with Gusbourne's award-winning wines, including sparkling, still and limited edition selections.

The full menu will be available nearer the time, but we will cater for any dietary requirements detailed at booking.
