Join us for a behind the scenes exploration of our winery with Global Ambassador and Master Sommelier, Laura Rhys. You will gain insight into the winemaking processes behind the production of our rare still red wines, with a focus on the Pinot Noir grape. Taste the base wines of the 2022 vintage from tank and barrel, sample current and library vintages in an extended Pinot Noir tasting before enjoying a specially prepared four-course lunch with wine pairings in our cosy tasting room. Your day will be concluded with the special opportunity to purchase some of these rare wines.
Guests will be welcomed at 12pm with a reception drink in the Nest before commencing the winery tasting experience, being seated afterwards for our lunch. We expect the day to be concluded by 4pm and recommend that taxi arrangements are made in advance. Additional wines will be available by the bottle or glass after your experience if you wish to enjoy the space a little longer. Our estate will close at 5pm.
