Some of our most prestigious wines are those that have developed on their lees inside the bottle over an extended period of time. Spending up to and in excess of around 8 years before disgorgement, these wines are incredibly rare and through this slow and gentle process, acquire a uniquely rich and complex range of flavours. We meticulously taste each wine through this development to ensure that it is released at the perfect moment and so, we are excited therefore to soon release our Brut Reserved 2013 Late Disgorged to our portfolio.

In celebration of this, we invite you to join Winemaker Alastair Benham for a special four-course wine and dining experience at The Nest. Throughout the evening you will enjoy a selection of wines, each with different qualities from extended lees aging. This will include the exclusive addition of our pre-release Blanc de Blancs 2012 Late Disgorged. These fantastic wines are set within a carefully paired tasting menu showcasing some of the finest of local ingredients.

On arrival at 6pm, you will be welcomed with an aperitif by Alastair before being seated in our Garden Room. We expect the evening to be concluded by 9:30pm and recommend that taxi arrangements are made in advance.

This event takes place on Friday, 8th April 2022 and is priced at £105 per ticket.
