Explore Gusbourne’s cellar during this exciting time of year with head winemaker Charlie Holland who will give you a behind-the-scenes preview of the 2022 vintage and introduce you to the processes of making Gusbourne’s award-winning wines. You will have the opportunity to taste wine from tank and barrel in the winery before being seated in our beautiful Hide tasting room for an exclusive tasting with Charlie, followed by a three-course lunch paired with our wines.

Guest will arrive for 11:30pm where you will be welcomed with a glass of wine on arrival before commencing the winery tour. We expect the day to be concluded by 3.30pm – please make all taxi arrangements in advance.
