Join us for a unique Harvest Dining Experience
To celebrate the start of our 2019 harvest, join us for lunch or dinner at the vineyard this September. We are thrilled to be welcoming two Michelin-starred restaurants, The Pony & Trap and Carters of Moseley, who will prepare seasonal menus featuring delicious, beautifully prepared food. We will of course then pair each dish with a Gusbourne wine.
On arrival, you will be welcomed with an aperitif to enjoy on a stroll through the vineyards, where you will see how harvest is progressing. Returning to the winery, you may even catch a glimpse of the grape presses in action before sitting down for your meal outside in our canopy covered wine garden overlooking Boot Hill vineyard. Our elegantly laid picnic tables will be furnished with cosy blankets from Romney Marsh Wools as you dine al fresco in the country air, enjoying a sumptuous three or four-course meal paired with our wines.

THE PONY & TRAP
19th & 20th September
The Pony & Trap has been a country pub for centuries serving the villages of Newtown and Chew Magna in Bristol. Over the years, this idyllic pub has been built into a nationally recognised restaurant with their first Michelin star being awarded in 2011 under the leadership of Chef Patron Josh Eggleton, who will be cooking a four-course meal for you on 19th and 20th September.
CARTERS OF MOSELEY
30th September & 1st October
The overall philosophy of Carters of Moseley is to be a true expression of British terroir within the moment, much akin to the philosophy Gusbourne employs when making our estate-grown, vintage wines. The Carters menus are developed following the natural rhythms of the season, led and inspired by the ingredients available. This Birmingham-based restaurant was awarded its first Michelin star in 2015 and Head Chef Brad Carter will be preparing a delicious three-course meal for you on 30th September and 1st October.
Due to the seasonality of the ingredients used by Carters, they are unable to cater for some dietary requirements. Please call us before booking if you have any allergies or dietaries.
